Our Programs
Mobile Food Pantry
StreetWise Georgia directly supports families by providing substantial, nutritious food boxes, which include essentials like meat, fresh produce, cereal, and water. This effort significantly relieves family budgets by offsetting the rising cost of groceries. Through our partnership with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, we ensure pre-registered families receive these vital, pre-packed food provisions.
Thursday Night Food Pantry for Working Clients
To better accommodate your schedule, StreetWise Georgia now offers service every other Thursday from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. This program is specifically designed for clients whose work commitments prevent them from accessing our services during standard weekday hours.
6 Week Client Appointments
This program is during the weekday for clients and includes access to Heaven’s Grocery Store, Cedar’s Closet, and multiple boxes of food.
Title I Schools Food Box Program
In partnership with Gwinnett County Public Schools, we provided boxes of essential food items to families at local Title I schools during the last school year — reaching approximately 835 families in need.
