Client Online Inside Appointment Booking

***Online Booking for Inside Appointments for Tuesday’s. 

Welcome to StreetWise Client Online Inside Appointment Booking!  

You can now book and manage your upcoming appointment using the StreetWise Booking System.  It is easy to use, and you will only need a few key pieces of information. Client’s are able to schedule an appointment every (6) six weeks.

Step 1:  Open up the StreetWise booking page by clicking on the StreetWise Booking image below.

Step 2:  Choose New Client Appointment if you are a “NEW” Client and have NOT been to a inside appointment at StreetWise.  Choose Returning Client Appointment if you are making your (6) six week appointment.

Step 3: Choose the time of day you would like to make your appointment on the day that is displayed.  You can not choose the day, only the time. Only available times will display.

Once the appointments are full, you will need to call 678-985-9952 or 678-985-9915 to speak with a StreetWise representative to book your appointment.

Step 4: After you have chosen a time you will need to provide your Full Name, Email Address, your Phone Number (only cell phones can get confirmation texted message reminders, house phones will Not get confirmations), and Address to which you are residing.  These fields MUST BE COMPLETED in order to proceed with the appointment booking.

Step 5: Check the box if you would like to receive a confirmation and appointment reminder via text message.

Step 6:  Click the BOOK button.  And you are done!  A confirmation page will appear after you click the BOOK button.
