Client Online 6 Week Appointment Booking

We highly encourage you to use our Online Booking System.  It is fast and easy! You will receive confirmation of your appointment date & time. 

You can now book and manage your upcoming appointment using the StreetWise Booking System.  It is easy to use, and you will only need a few key pieces of information. Clients are able to schedule an appointment every (6) six weeks.

Holiday Closures- StreetWise will be closed on observed holidays and will not be taking appointments.  Please select another day should an appointment day be closed.

Step 1:  Open up the StreetWise booking page by clicking on the StreetWise Booking image below.

Step 2:  Choose New Client Appointment if you are a “NEW” Client and have NOT been to a curbside appointment at StreetWise.  Choose Returning Client Appointment if you are making your (6) six-week appointment.

Step 3: Choose the time of day you would like to make your appointment on the day that is displayed.  You cannot choose the day, only the time. Only available times will display.

Once the appointments are full, you will need to call 678-985-9915 to speak with a StreetWise representative to book your appointment.  We answer our phones Mon., Tues., & Thur. (with exception of the holiday schedule) from 10:15 AM to 2:00 PM.  Please be patient as our phones are very busy.  We try to answer each call efficiently and quickly as possible while giving personal attention to each caller.  If you have any questions about our Online Booking System or need to cancel your Six (6) Appointment you can also contact us via our Client Information Email at:

  • We cannot book you an appointment through email. You must call to reschedule or make a new appointment. We cannot call you to make an appointment should you leave your phone number. This email box is used for information sharing only.

Step 4: After you have chosen a time you will need to provide your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number (only cell phones can get confirmation texted message reminders, house phones will Not get confirmations), and Address to which you are residing.  These fields MUST BE COMPLETED in order to proceed with the appointment booking.

Step 5: Check the box if you would like to receive a confirmation and appointment reminder via text message.

Step 6:  Click the BOOK button.  And you are done!  A confirmation page will appear after you click the BOOK button. If you do not see a confirmation in your Email Inbox, check your Spam or Junk box.

Your appointment time will have a 30-minute window, this 30-minute window is the time we have to serve you.  For example: Your confirmation booking time may say 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM, this means your appointment is 10:00 AM.  You can arrive 15 minutes early, but you cannot be late.  If you are feeling sick or have a fever, please reschedule your appointment. If you do not speak English, you will need to bring an interpreter with you as we have the necessary paperwork to be filled out.

***By Registering for this appointment, you understand missing an appointment without emailing us at to cancel or reschedule 24 HRS prior; you will be considered a “No Show.” No Shows CAN NOT Book for 60 days. ***
